Interpretation-Ghazal-7





1.
Anyone who could not confront passion died at the sight of that threatening,
To take the field and confront passion is a task of brave heart.


2.
I lived life that was like death,
I did not know what they describe the pleasure of life.
(The pleasure of this description only sages can understand,who knows the secret of "Dying before death."


3.
I had already attained the rank of author regarding medicines for faithfulness,
Then I began to tyrannized over,and my prescription for faithfulness remained incomplete and partial.


4.
From the heart to liver dust is flying, there is no trace of blood left,
Once upon a time I too had a flourishing and colourful heart like rose and now dust.


5.
We used to consider that after losing the heart, our spirit would be free from all conflicts and other pains,
Because losing the heart is itself a pain which has no cure.


6.
Friends failed to cure my wildness and madness, they imprisoned me,
But even in a prison my thought remained a desert-wanderer.
(The mind can roam freely even in a cell.)


7.
After death the corpse of "ASAD" is without a shroud, for it too is free of grave and shroud,
As he was free of confinements and relationships,"May God have mercy upon him."
