Generous vision guide me, that is all I have to say,

Show me the centre of the pain, that is all I have to say.

 

 

Prepared the rosary with sacred thread, visited the temple and mosque,

O kind, contentment arrived when erased the tears and made gay.

 

 

Whenever I dispatched a letter, messenger came promptly,

Do not laugh to see the same envelop, that much I have to say.

 

 

I have also called the acquainted several times, but alas,

That infidel also came out carrying affection for slayer, say.

 

 

Checked the heart making it sky, but never there sun rose,

When lit a lamp at the dervish's place, became brighter than sun, say.

 

 

Executed at the slaughter house, that also with a blunt dagger,

In this way I am spent, this is the tale I have to say.

 

 

Created too much commotion now I am the narrator of your blessings,

I beg your pardon if the narration is too much, that much I had to say.
